2. Withdrawal and Cancellation Services
- Attendee Ticket Purchases: All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds, credits, or transfers for attending tickets under any circumstances.
- Vendor Registration: All vendor registrations are final. There are no refunds, credits, or transfers for vendor fees under any circumstances.
3. Financial Transactions
- All financial transactions for registration and vendor fees will be processed through secure payment gateways.
- Participants must ensure that their payment information is accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for any errors in payment processing.
4. Restricted Items
- The following items are strictly prohibited at the event:
- Weapons: Including firearms, knives, and any other items that can be considered weapons.
- Drugs and Illegal Substances: The possession, distribution, or use of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited.
- Tobacco Products: This includes all forms of tobacco and vaping. A tobacco-free atmosphere will be enforced throughout the event.
- Any participant found in violation of these policies will be asked to leave the event immediately, and further action may be taken as necessary.
5. Customer Expectations and Liability
- We strive to provide accurate information about the event, including scheduling and vendor participation. However, we do not guarantee the availability of any specific vendor or item.
- We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided on our website or during the event.
- Our website may experience downtime for maintenance or other issues. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by such downtime.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content without prior written consent.

- We reserve the right to disable user accounts at our discretion, especially in cases of violations of these Terms and Conditions.
- Users whose accounts have been disabled will not be eligible for any refunds or compensation.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the event or use of our website.
- This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles County, California, United States of America.
- In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through mediation conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, and the decision rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Each party shall be responsible for their own costs associated with the mediation and arbitration, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. This agreement to arbitrate shall not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction.

2. No Credits
- No credits will be provided for future events or any other services in the event of a cancellation, no-show, or removal from the event.
3. No Transfers
- Vendor registrations are non-transferable. They cannot be assigned to another individual or entity under any circumstances.
4. No Discounts
- Discounts will not be offered for early cancellations, no-shows, or any other reasons. The full ticket or vendor registration fee is required at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
- In the event that a ticket holder or vendor does not attend or participate in the card show, no refund, credit, or discount will be issued.
6. Removal from the Event
- Attendees or vendors may be removed from the event at the discretion of event management for behavior deemed inappropriate or for violation of event policies. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be provided in such cases.
7. Acknowledgment of Potential Loss
- Attendees and vendors agree that it is difficult to quantify tangible losses for the organization resulting from cancellations, no-show, or removal from the event. Therefore, it is reasonable to agree that the purchase price of tickets or registration fees is sufficient to cover any potential loss or damage incurred by the organization. By proceeding with your purchase or registration, you acknowledge and accept this understanding.
